for those of you struggling to get your personnal avatars uploaded this is how i done it
1 upload a photo on a image hosting site (photobucket, imageshack ect.) i used photobucket.
2 copy the direct link http at beginning second down on list(left click on mouse)
3 go to modify profile
4 paste the direct link in the avatar url(right click on mouse)
5 avatar width type in 100
6 avatar height type in 100
7 scroll down and left click on modify profile at bottom left of page
8 job done
